The 'National Taste of Game Week' is a BASC initiative created to encourage the consumption of game meat as a local, natural and nutritious food source while at the same time provoding a introduction to those not accusomed to eating game and desmonstating what a truely outstanding variety of tastes and flavours that the meat can produce.
